Sanne has spent her life in fashion — ten years running her own boutique in Amsterdam — but her eye has always reached further. Interiors fascinated her just as much, drawn to the way style moves seamlessly from what we wear to the spaces we live in. After moving to Jávea, she worked with an interior designer for several years, refining her passion for aesthetics and the art of designing interiors that feel both personal and beautifully composed.

Kim followed a different path. Driven by curiosity and a love for other cultures, she moved to the Caribbean at 25, working in luxury villa rentals. In 2019, love brought her to Spain, where she joined the launch of a boutique hotel in Jávea. Her time abroad shaped her passion for creating experiences, and the importance of designing spaces that feel both effortless and inviting.​​

​Once both sisters were in Jávea, everything aligned. Inspired by the calm energy of the port the boutique opened in 2022 — a place that reflects a shared love for style,  craftsmanship and Mediterranean living. ​

Today, Studio DeLaMar has become a natural blend of both worlds: fashion, interiors, and a way of living that feels warm, thoughtful, and beautifully personal.
